HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We try our best to get all orders shipped within 1-2 working days, However allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive as we print your amazing tee on demand of every order. Which also means your tee was made personally for you!

Are any purchases final sale?

All sales are final for our Emotional Tee collection or personalised custom products.

Once checkout is completed, no returns, exchanges or store credits can be completed for these products. Please ensure you have chosen the correct size, or used the size finder tool to find the perfect fit.

My order is faulty/damaged

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please reach out to our team via our contact form before processing your return, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If there are any printing defects, do let us know as soon as your order arrives. 

Can I return my shirt?

Items must be returned in their original condition. Returned items will not be accepted that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the products are stained or otherwise marked or damaged. The product(s) must be re-saleable with the original tags still attached (not cut or re-attached). Failing this will result in the item being returned back to you. We also recommend not to wear aftershave while trying products on. 

how is it best to wash my shirt?

Wash

Maintain the tee's look and feel by washing it in cold water with similar colours.

Dry

Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the fabric integrity and print quality.

Care Instructions

  • Wash garments inside out with cold water to preserve the design.
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Avoid ironing directly on the design.
